Scopul acestui Cod de conduit\u0103 al furnizorilor \/ clien\u021bilor INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>(acest \u201c<b>Cod de conduit\u0103 al furnizorilor \/ clientilor<\/b>\u201d) este de a crea un dialog \u0219i parteneriat cu furnizorii\/ clientii pentru a se asigura c\u0103 accept\u0103 \u0219i sus\u021bin Carta Interna\u021bional\u0103 a Drepturilor Omului, Declara\u021bia OIM privind Principiile Fundamentale \u0219i Drepturile la Locul de Munc\u0103, Declara\u021bia de la Rio privind Mediul \u0219i Dezvoltarea \u0219i Conven\u021bia ONU \u00eempotriva Corup\u021biei, eviden\u021biat\u0103 \u00een Pactul Global al Na\u021biunilor Unite, Liniile directoare ale OECD privind \u00centreprinderile Multina\u021bionale \u0219i Principiile Directoare ale Na\u021biunilor Unite privind Afacerile \u0219i Drepturile Omului.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. se angajeaz\u0103 s\u0103 respecte principiile fundamentale privind drepturile omului, drepturile la locul de munc\u0103, mediul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor \u0219i lupta \u00eempotriva corup\u021biei pe parcursul activit\u0103\u021bii sale.<\/p><p><b>2. Rela\u021bia INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. cu furnizorii \/ clien\u021bii s\u0103i<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. se str\u0103duie\u0219te s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 rela\u021bii pe termen lung \u0219i stabile cu \u00eentreaga sa baz\u0103 de furnizare, inclusiv furnizorii \/ clien\u021bii de bunuri \u0219i servicii, contractorii, distribuitorii \u0219i agen\u021bii, numi\u021bi \u00een continuare \u201c<b>furnizori \/ clien\u021bi<\/b>\u201d, \u00een cooperare cu care dezvolt\u0103m sistematic produsele \u0219i serviciile noastre. Acest Cod de conduit\u0103 al furnizorilor \/ clien\u021bilor se aplic\u0103 tuturor rela\u021biilor comerciale \u00eentre INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. \u0219i furnizorii \/ clien\u021bii acestuia. INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. se a\u0219teapt\u0103 ca to\u021bi furnizorii \/ clien\u021bii s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oare activitatea \u00eentr-o manier\u0103 responsabil\u0103 \u0219i sustenabil\u0103. Furnizorii \/ clien\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 respecte toate legile \u0219i reglement\u0103rile ce guverneaz\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile acestora \u0219i INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. se a\u015fteapt\u0103 ca furnizorii \/ clien\u021bii \u0219i sub-furnizorilor \/ clien\u021bii acestora s\u0103 respecte acest Cod de conduit\u0103 al furnizorilor \/ clien\u021bilor, chiar dac\u0103 stabile\u0219te un standard mai ridicat dec\u00e2t cel prev\u0103zut de lege.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. se a\u0219teapt\u0103 ca furnizorii \/ clientii s\u0103i:<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>2.1. Munc\u0103 \u0219i drepturile omului<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>S\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i siguran\u021b\u0103<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 identifice \u0219i s\u0103 evalueze riscurile de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 reduc\u0103 la minim impactul acestora prin implementarea planurilor de urgen\u021b\u0103;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 to\u021bi angaja\u021bii sunt proteja\u021bi \u00eempotriva expunerii la pericole poten\u021biale pentru s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i siguran\u021b\u0103;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 echipamentul de protec\u021bie personal\u0103 relevant \u0219i func\u021bional este furnizat tuturor angaja\u021bilor.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 implementeze proceduri \u0219i sisteme pentru a gestiona, urm\u0103ri \u0219i raporta v\u0103t\u0103m\u0103rile \u0219i bolile ocupa\u021bionale;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 trusele de prim ajutor relevante sunt u\u0219or accesibile;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 angaja\u021bii nu lucreaz\u0103 sub influen\u021ba drogurilor \u0219i\/sau alcoolului.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Libertatea de asociere \u0219i negocierea colectiv\u0103<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 libertatea de asociere este protejat\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 recunoasc\u0103 dreptul angaja\u021bilor s\u0103i la negociere colectiv\u0103.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Toleran\u021b\u0103 zero fa\u021b\u0103 de munca copiilor \u0219i munca for\u021bat\u0103<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 nu foloseasc\u0103 sau s\u0103 nu sus\u021bin\u0103 nicio form\u0103 de munc\u0103 a copiilor;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 un sistem pentru a se asigur\u0103 c\u0103 niciun copil nu este angajat, inclusiv verificarea sistematic\u0103 \u0219i p\u0103strarea de copii ale documentelor de verificare a v\u00e2rstei pentru to\u021bi angaja\u021bii noi. V\u00e2rsta minim\u0103 pentru \u00eencadrarea \u00een munc\u0103 este de 15 ani;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 protejeze to\u021bi muncitorii tineri (sub 18 ani) \u00eempotriva oric\u0103rei munci care poate fi d\u0103un\u0103toare \u0219i s\u0103 nu le permit\u0103 s\u0103 efectueze munc\u0103 \u00een schimburi de noapte;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 nu foloseasc\u0103 sau s\u0103 nu sus\u021bin\u0103 nicio form\u0103 de munc\u0103 for\u021bat\u0103, obligatorie sau ilegal\u0103, inclusiv traficul de persoane, munca de\u021binu\u021bilor sau munc\u0103 for\u021bat\u0103;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 toat\u0103 munca suplimentar\u0103 este voluntar\u0103, dec\u00e2t dac\u0103 nu este necesar\u0103 \u0219i solicitat\u0103 conform legilor locale;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 nu cear\u0103 angaja\u021bilor s\u0103 \u00eenm\u00e2neze certificate personale sau documente de identificare originale;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 nu foloseasc\u0103 practici disciplinare, cum sunt penalit\u0103\u021bile financiare, de ex. deduceri incorecte sau ilegale din salariu;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>H\u0103r\u021buirea \u0219i discriminarea<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 nu tolereze nicio h\u0103r\u021buire sau abuz mental sau fizic;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 nu discrimineze \u00een practicile de angajare \u0219i de munc\u0103, cum sunt promov\u0103rile, beneficiile \u0219i accesul la instruire.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Timpul de munc\u0103<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 timpul de munc\u0103 este conform cu legile locale, Conven\u021biile OIM sau acordurile globale, oricare ofer\u0103 o protec\u021bie mai mare pentru lucr\u0103tor;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">Se va asigura c\u0103 timpul de munc\u0103 este \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit, dac\u0103 se cere prin legile locale, \u00een ore de lucru normale \u0219i ore suplimentare \u0219i nu vor dep\u0103\u0219i limita maxim\u0103 stabilit\u0103 de legile locale.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Compensare<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 respecte, cel pu\u021bin, toate legile \u0219i reglement\u0103rile locale privind salariile, inclusiv salariul minim, orele suplimentare \u0219i beneficiile acordate conform obiceiurilor \u021b\u0103rii.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>2.2. Mediul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor<\/b><\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Responsabilitatea sistematic\u0103 privind mediul<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 adopte o abordare sistematic\u0103 a responsabilit\u0103\u021bii privind mediul \u0219i s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 bine impactul asupra mediului cauzat de activit\u0103\u021bile sale;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 toate standardele relevante de mediu \u00een produc\u021bie \u0219i produse.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Managementul riscului<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 stabileasc\u0103, implementeze \u0219i s\u0103 men\u021bin\u0103 un program bazat pe risc pentru a reduce sau minimiza orice impact negativ asupra mediului cauzat de activit\u0103\u021bile sale.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>M\u0103suri de precau\u021bie<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 ia m\u0103suri de precau\u021bie imediat c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 motive de a suspecta c\u0103 o ac\u021biune poate d\u0103una mediului.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Principiul \u201epoluatorul pl\u0103te\u0219te\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 orice costuri sociale \u0219i economice care apar de la entit\u0103\u021bile sale care cauzeaz\u0103 daune mediului \u00eenconjur\u0103tor.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Analiza ciclului de via\u021b\u0103<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 impactul asupra mediului al produselor sau serviciilor sale din perspectiva ciclului de via\u021b\u0103.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>2.3. Combaterea corup\u021biei<\/b><\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 aib\u0103 toleran\u021b\u0103 zero fa\u021b\u0103 de toate formele de corup\u021bie, inclusiv \u0219antaj, darea sau luarea de mit\u0103, recompense, conflictele de interese, deturnare de fonduri sau nepotism\/clientelism;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 procese pentru prevenirea corup\u021biei, de ex. prin implementarea unei politici de combatere a corup\u021biei \u0219i prin asigurarea unei instruiri corespunz\u0103toare personalului s\u0103u;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 fie con\u0219tient c\u0103 INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. nu va accepta niciun beneficiu pentru un angajat INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. pentru a facilita rela\u021biile comerciale ale furnizorilor \/ clien\u021bilor cu INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A.;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 informeze INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. dac\u0103, \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu o achizi\u021bie, exist\u0103 vreo form\u0103 de rela\u021bie personal\u0103 (rela\u021bii de familie, prietenie, etc.) \u00eentre persoana responsabil\u0103 pentru achizi\u021bii de la INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A. \u0219i reprezentan\u021bii furnizorilor \/ clien\u021bilor implica\u021bi \u00een procesul de achizi\u021bie.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>2.4. Legea concuren\u021bei<\/b><\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 respecte \u0219i s\u0103 se conformeze cu legile \u0219i reglement\u0103rile aplicabile \u00een domeniul concuren\u021bei \u0219i s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 sisteme pentru prevenirea \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rii legii concuren\u021bei.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>2.5. Prevenirea sp\u0103l\u0103rii banilor \u0219i finan\u021b\u0103rii terorismului<\/b><\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 asigure prevenirea folosirii propriei afaceri pentru sp\u0103larea banilor sau finan\u021barea terorismului prin stabilirea de proceduri pentru ob\u021binerea unor informa\u021bii adecvate despre clien\u021bii, partenerii \u0219i furnizorii\/ clien\u021bii s\u0103i \u0219i pentru cunoa\u0219terea \u0219i \u00een\u021belegerea scopului unei rela\u021bii comerciale date.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>2.6. Cerin\u021be privind calitatea<\/b><\/p><ol class=\"ol1\"><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 cerin\u021bele de calitate recunoscute sau convenite contractual;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">S\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 cerin\u021bele de calitate sunt implementate \u00een procesele comerciale ale furnizorilor \/ clien\u021bilor pentru a furniza bunuri \u0219i servicii care \u00eendeplinesc \u00een mod consecvent nevoile INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A..<\/li><\/ul><p><b>3. Implementare<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Se asteapt\u0103 ca to\u021bi furnizorii \/ clien\u021bii s\u0103 accepte acest Cod de conduit\u0103 al furnizorilor \/ clien\u021bilor \u0219i s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 \u0219i sub-furnizorii \/ clien\u021bii acestora fac acela\u0219i lucru.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>4. Raportare<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Furnizorii \/ clien\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 raporteze f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rziere orice neconformitate cu acest Cod de conduit\u0103 al furnizorilor \/ clientilor c\u0103tre INTERMEDIO GENERAL GRUP S.A..
